Department Details :: University Dining Services by Sodexho

University Resident Dining by Sodexho manages four residence dining facilities and the Silo Union's retail food outlets. Sodexho's on-campus managers, chefs, and registered dietitican work to make the snacks and meals offered in the residence hall dining commons fun, healthy and delicious. Throughout the academic year, Sodexho also plans festive theme dinners for students that showcase diverse cuisines and celebrate special events. At the Silo Union, students and campus visitors can choose from a variety of food outlets, including Carl's Jr., Taco Bell, Brenan's Starbucks, Pizza Hut Express and SubCity.
