Undergraduate Admissions implements university and faculty policy on admissions and helps the university achieve enrollment goals. Seeking to ensure broad public awareness and student access, the department informs the public about educational opportunities at UC Davis, and about the application and admissions process, which it administers. It encourages the enrollment of admitted students and establishes undergraduate student records data for each enrolled student, including evaluated transfer credit and the satisfaction of certain requirements toward the degree.
