Environmental Science and Policy Club
Erica Rhyne-Christensen says the Environmental Science and Policy Club "is a great way to meet up with other environmentally oriented students even if you're not in an environmental science major!"
The club meets every other Thursday, starting Thursday, January 24.
A field trip to Point Reyes is planned for Saturday, January 26, 2008, to help with
planting native species and assist with invasive species control. Says Rhyne-Christensen, "We're meeting in the back of the PES building at 8:00 a.m., and anyone is
welcome to join us."
Rhyne Christensen says she's benefited from being in the club by becoming socially connected
within her major and by gaining hands-on experience.
