UC Davis Tzu Ching
Students established the UC Davis Tzu Ching Collegiate Association (TCCA) to spread compassion and relief—the meaning of "tzu ching" in Chinese—in the Davis community and Sacramento area. Tzu Ching focueses on four areas: medicine, culture, education, and charity Says member Jennifer Lee, "We seek to incorporate one of more of these areas into our service projects, which include breakfast distribution for the homeless, nursing home visitis, park cleaning, distributing books, the Lunch Buddy mentoring program, recycling, and so on."
