Finding Housing at UC Davis
Begin your search for off-campus housing during winter quarter. A place to start is the Community Housing Listing, sponsored by the Associated Students of UC Davis. Leases are usually year-long, typically beginning September 1 and ending August 31; it's rare to find a month-to-month lease in Davis. Be sure to read carefully any lease you sign, so you understand the lease conditions.
