Dean Witter Fund

The Dean Witter facilitates informal interaction among students, faculty and teaching assistants

The Dean Witter Fund promotes informal faculty-student interaction and was established by a contribution from Dean Witter, founder of the San Francisco investment firm. Funds may be used to defer the cost of a variety of events, including meals on campus, at local restaurants, or informal gatherings.

Applications are reviewed for eligibility during fall, winter and spring academic terms only. Submissions are closed during the summer and will reopen September 25. However, School of Law applications will be accepted for review beginning August 14.
