Annual Student Life Survey

Thank you for taking the time to submit a survey for Student Affairs’ units! This survey helps Student Affairs leadership and staff see what UC Davis students see when engaging with our services and programs, pinpoint areas where we're doing well, as well as those areas where there are opportunities for us to make improvements. You may submit as many surveys as you’d like, and we encourage you to complete a survey for each unit you have interacted with in the past 12 months.

Pizza and a Drink from Ciao

As a token of our thanks, the first 2,000 students to complete a survey will win a free slice of pizza and fountain drink from Ciao (next to the CoHo). This offer is first come, first served, so complete the survey as soon as you can for a chance to win.

Redemption details and rules

  • When you complete a survey, you will receive a confirmation to your UC Davis email.
  • Print the confirmation email or show a digital copy of it to the staff at the Memorial Union Information Desk to redeem a coupon for a free slice of pizza and fountain soda at Ciao (next to the CoHo). The Information Desk staff will confirm your UC Davis email address.
  • Redemption coupons are first come, first served, while supplies last.
  • Only 1 redemption coupon per student allowed.
  • The coupon will expire on Friday, February 13, 2026.
