    If you are one of the first 2,000 students to complete the Student Satisfaction Survey, you will receive a barcode to your UC Davis email address for a FREE cookie and coffee* from Swirlz at the CoHo (*Drip coffee or tea). Respondents may only win once.

  2. Show this barcode to the Information Desk at the Memorial Union to pick up your coupon for the coffee and cookie.

  3. Present the physical coupon at the CoHo at the time of purchase, and enjoy!
