NEW! Journal Coaching Drop-in Hour
In this virtual drop-in program, Lorna Gill will lead you through a journaling session alongside peers. You will be provided a prompt at the start of the session and have the option to share takeaways at the end.

Student Affairs Strengths Summit 2025
The Student Affairs Strengths Summit is back! Get together with colleagues from across the division to connect, learn from strengths experts and share knowledge with one another, all centered on the CliftonStrengths framework.

This two-part workshop helps participants address stress and burnout by using CliftonStrengths frameworks to create tailored wellbeing strategies and recognize unhelpful work/life patterns.
