Strengths-Based Team Workshops

  • Strengths Discovery Workshop - (PREREQUISITE: Completion of Strengths Assessment) Once all of your team members have completed the Strengths Assessment, this is the best starting point to learn about interpreting the results and share the framework and language with your team. The workshop highlights individual strengths as well as learning about the combined talents of the team.
  • Strengths "What About Weaknesses" Workshop - (PREREQUISITE: Completion of Strengths Discovery Workshop) After going through the initial discovery session, this can be a great follow up workshop to learn about weaknesses and how to manage them. We also dive into perceptions, misapplication and stress responses of our talent themes.
  • Strengths-Based Leadership - (PREREQUISITE: Completion of Strengths Discovery Workshop) After going through the initial discovery session, this course will provide an overview to the four needs of followers and help leaders apply the framework to their own unique leadership style.
  • Strengths-Based Partnerships - (PREREQUISITE: Completion of Strengths Discovery Workshop) After going through the initial discovery session, this workshop helps team members understand how different strengths can partner to create opportunities for excellence. People will look at the partnerships they have through the lens of strengths and compare and contrast what different talent profiles bring to the team.

Team Coaching

Team coaching focuses on improving team dynamics and performance by addressing shared challenges and fostering collaboration. It helps teams develop stronger communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to achieve common goals. This approach often involves facilitated discussions, exercises, and feedback to enhance team effectiveness.

 Benefits of Team Coaching:

  • Increase communication clarity and efficiency.
  • Foster innovative, collaborative solutions.
  • Enhance team synergy and efficiency.
  • Drive measurable results and maximizes impact.
  • Improve team dynamics and success.
  • Foster shared responsibility and leadership.
  • Promote collaboration and mutual respect.

How Team Coaching Works:

The following outlines the steps to get started and engage with the process:

1. Discovery Call: We start with a conversation with the director to understand the team's challenges, goals, and desired outcomes.

2. Assessment & Customization: We meet with the team for an initial conversation to learn the group's strengths. Then, we develop a coaching program, applying individual coaching principles at the team level.

3. Team Engagement: We conduct sessions with the team using a systems-based approach to enhance self-awareness and understanding of others. We provide skills training, help team members leverage their strengths, address challenges, and work toward shared goals.

Timeline:

We collaborate with your team to establish the best timeline and duration for the coaching engagement. This can vary from a series of focused one-hour sessions conducted bi-weekly or monthly over several months to more intensive engagements, depending on your team's needs, schedule, and logistical considerations.
