Strengths & Resilience

This two-part workshop helps participants address stress and burnout by using CliftonStrengths frameworks to create tailored wellbeing strategies and recognize unhelpful work/life patterns.

Fall Quarter 2025

Coaching Circles Series: Supervisors of Students

Join a group of student supervisors to explore work challenges together in seven sessions facilitated by a certified professional coach. These sessions allow staff to learn from each other and explore common topics deeply in a confidential environment, while finding solutions and setting goals within a supportive network of staff.

  • Date/Time: October 1, 8 and 22, November 5 and 19, and December 3 and 17, 2025 | 10 –11:30 am
  • Location: In person at The ARC, second-floor conference room

This series is designed specifically for supervisors of student staff. You will have the chance to learn about hiring, training, development and performance management, while connecting with other supervisors across the division.

Communication Tools for Effective Leadership

Unlock your leadership potential with this 3-part workshop series designed to enhance your communication skills and drive team success. Learn how to transform one-on-ones into meaningful conversations, navigate feedback effectively, and use coaching techniques to empower your team.

Leading with Strengths

A three-day workshop focused on leadership development with a strengths-based lens and a coach approach to supervision. Eligible staff include professional staff who supervise at least 2 FTE professional staff members. Note: For supervisors of students, look out for the spring cohort. 

  • Date/Time: December 8, 9, and 10  | 9 am - 4:30 pm
  • Location: The Multi-purpose Room at the Student Community Center
